All returns require a Return Authorization number regardless of the return reason. You must submit a Return Authorization Request by faxing a request to 616-452-5480. RA numbers are valid for 20 days from issue date. Returns without an RA number will be refused.

Unless defective, product that has been installed is non-returnable. Product returned in open boxes will be subject to a 10 percent restocking charge.

Requests for the return of merchandise must be made within 30 days from invoice date. Requests for return authorization of product returned after 30 days of invoicing will be at the discretion of GHI Automotive and will be subject to a 10 percent restocking charge.

Requests for returns relating to shipping errors or shipping damage must be made no later than 48 hours from receipt. Product shipped to you in error will be exempt from a restocking charge, subject to the other conditions listed.

Returns must include original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition. No credit will be issued for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Electronics are not returnable if the packaging has been opened. This includes remote car starters and trailer wiring harnesses.
